Ana went above and beyond to design, bake, and decorate the perfect cake for a very special birthday. I had an unusual request in that I wanted a teacup on the top of the cake with flowers in it. Ana, the artist, took it from there and created a masterpiece. Ana found a unique glass teacup and recommended a cake topper. From there, she produced a work of art that was not only gorgeous, but delicious. Everyone raved about the moist lemony cake and decadent frosting. To make this event even better, she baked me small a gluten-free cake that was fabulous as well. In addition, I was taking the cake on a 3-hour car ride, so Ana embedded support beams to maintain the structure of the cake and even helped me pack it in my cooler. (I had no way of knowing Waze would take me on a detour that led me on very rocky and hilly backroads in Oklahoma. Still, the cake arrived with minimal impact and looked beautiful.) Ana is not only an inspired and accomplished baker, but she is professional, friendly, and an excellent communicator. I highly recommend Prov31 Baker!

Anamae blew it out of the park! My order was last minute and I am so indecisive l, but she made my vision a perfection! Even with last minute situations interfering she went out of her way to make sure I received my 2 cakes for my little girls birthday. I got nothing but compliments at her party about how delicious and gorgeous it was!!! I will def be ordering again!

Ordered a birthday cake for a family member turning 20. The cake was absolutely gorgeous. What blew me away was just how great it tasted! I will be ordering all my cakes from her!!!
Ana made the best cakes for my twin daughter’s eight birthdays. They were beautiful and oh so delicious! I did not have to choose between a cake that looked beautiful and one that tasted great, I got both! You will not regret placing an order with her. We and our guests were all beyond happy and I’m sure you will too.
I received a caramel cake with yellow and chocolate insides and it was done in a timely manner and was delicious thanks again for the cake
